Croatian Filip Hrgović (17-0, 14 KOs), who is the mandatory challenger for the IBF heavyweight title, has revealed the opponents he plans to defeat in his next three fights.
"I think I'm faster than Dubois, a better puncher, I have a better boxing IQ, and more experience. There are more advantages. But he is a good boxer, has decent punching power, has knocked out many, so I should be careful. It will be a good fight.
I hope this will be my year. I'll get past Dubois, then beat Joshua at Wembley, and then win against the winner of the Usyk-Fury rematch. And then I'll retire. That's the plan," Hrgović told Boxing News.
The fight against Daniel Dubois (20-2, 19 KOs) will take place on June 1 in Saudi Arabia. You can find out where to watch the tournament here.
