Croatian heavyweight contender Filip Hrgovic (17-0, 14 KOs) commented on a potential match with the champion holding the WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO titles, Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs).
"I am convinced that I can beat anyone, so I will beat Usyk. If not, I will perform much better than Dubois. He definitely won't stop me. Usyk is a great boxer, but I think I will perform much better," said Hrgovic. Filip Hrgovic's next fight will be against Usyk's former opponent Daniel Dubois (20-2, 19 KOs) on June 1st in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The fight for the absolute world heavyweight championship between Oleksandr Usyk and WBC titleholder Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) will take place on May 18th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
