Richardson Hitchins and Oscar Duarte could fight on February 21

28-year-old IBF super lightweight champion Richardson Hitchins and 29-year-old Oscar Duarte are in talks over a potential fight, The Ring reports.

The matchup is being targeted for February 21 in Las Vegas, USA, on the undercard of Mario Barrios vs Ryan Garcia.

In June, Richardson Hitchins (20-0, 8 KOs) defeated George Kambosos by eighth-round technical knockout.

In August, Oscar Duarte (30-2-1, 23 KOs) beat Kenneth Sims by majority decision.
