Hearn Predicts Knockout in Wilder-Zhilei Fight

Matchroom Boxing head Eddie Hearn commented on the upcoming fight between American Deontay Wilder (43-3-1, 42 KOs) and Chinese Zhang Zhilei (26-2-1, 21 KOs).

«I think this fight is 'now or never' for both boxers. Both guys have to win this fight – if they lose, I don’t know what they’ll come back to.

I really like the fire in Deontay’s eyes that I saw this week. This will be a very tough fight, Zhang Zhilei is very dangerous, but I expect Wilder to win this fight by knockout,» said Hearn.

Deontay Wilder and Zhang Zhilei will meet on June 1 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The fight will take place as part of a 5 vs 5 tournament between the promotional companies Matchroom Boxing and Queensberry Promotions.
