Verbal Clash Between Hearn and Garcia Senior After the Fight

A verbal altercation occurred between promoter and head of Matchroom Boxing, Eddie Hearn, and Henry Garcia, the father of Ryan Garcia (25-1, 20 KOs), after Ryan's fight against WBC super lightweight champion Devin Haney (31-1, 15 KOs).

During an interview with one of the publications, Hearn was sharing his emotions about the fight when Garcia Senior appeared.

"Great job," said Eddie.

"You're a piece of sh*t," Henry replied.

"Oh, really? Fuck off!"

"You f**k off! And now, who do you have, you piece of sh*t?"

"Jaron Ennis."

Eventually, both laughed and shook hands: Henry apologized, and Eddie expressed admiration for his son.

On April 21st, Ryan Garcia defeated Devin Haney. Despite the loss, Devin remains the WBC champion since Ryan did not meet the weight category and was not eligible for the title.
