Hearn Calls Usyk the Best!

British promoter and head of Matchroom Boxing, Eddie Hearn, has named Ukrainian champion WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO, and The Ring, Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs), as the best.

"What Joshua did to come back to where he is now is just incredible. After the second fight with Usyk, he was looking for answers, looking for form. He worked hard to find it. He never stopped believing, never stopped working. AJ is a very good guy. Where do I rank Usyk? In my opinion, Usyk is number one," said Hearn.

Eddie Hearn is the promoter of former heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs), who lost twice to Usyk. Usyk's next fight is scheduled for May 18 – against Tyson Fury for the title of undisputed division champion. Joshua knocked out Francis Ngannou in the second round on March 8.
