Hearn: "He's One of the Most Dangerous Scoundrels I've Ever Seen"

In an interview with Boxing King Media, promoter Eddie Hearn (Matchroom Boxing) disclosed the identity of the most perilous boxer he's ever come across. The title goes to the recently signed Matchroom Boxing IBF world junior welterweight champion (up to 63.5 kg) from Puerto Rico, Subriel Matias (20-1, 20 KOs).

"He's not just a world champion. He's one of the most dangerous scoundrels I've ever encountered in my life. And if you were to create a P4P rating for excitement, he'd be at the forefront. Additionally, he's in one of the most competitive and thrilling divisions.

We can arrange fights for him in both the USA and Puerto Rico. We're planning not just one big fight for him. I'm ready to match Subriel against anyone, and I believe he has a great chance to win," said Hearn.

Matias boasts a record of 20 wins and a single loss, with all 20 victories achieved by knockout.
