"He Can't Beat Usyk." Froch on Potential Usyk vs. Joshua Fight

Former world champion Carl Froch comments that WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) would defeat Anthony Joshua in a potential fight. However, he believes Joshua stands no chance in a fight against Oleksandr Usyk.

"- Fury is now taking a lot more punches. When you start taking punches at that weight, you're in trouble.

- You're saying he can no longer do this.

- He can no longer do this. He's 36 years old, getting bigger and heavier. He no longer has the desire. We've seen it. I would favor Tyson Fury in a potential fight with Joshua. Not as much as I would have six months ago, before he fought Ngannou. But still a favorite.

If AJ fights Tyson Fury, I think Fury would win. If AJ fights Usyk, we know what will happen. He can't beat Usyk", Froch said to talkSPORT Boxing.

Usyk and Fury are scheduled to meet on May 18th in Saudi Arabia. Anthony Joshua is set to fight Francis Ngannou on March 8th.
