"Heiny is now on Teofimo's radar," declares Lopez

Teofimo Lopez, the WBO champion in the lightweight division (up to 63.5 kg), has responded to Bill Haney's statement with regards to being ready for a title unification bout against him:

"Heiny is now on the radar; it's about damn time. One fight at a time, baby. One fight at a time. Damn, it's great to be back," wrote Lopez.

Earlier, Teofimo Lopez issued a challenge to Terence Crawford. Lopez's next fight is scheduled for February 8th in Las Vegas against Jamaine Ortiz.
