Former world champion Naseem Hamed says he could step into the ring against YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul. He named the amount and the condition for where the money should go.
"Jake Paul? Jake Paul means nothing to me. What are 20 million pounds? 20, 100, 200 million won't change my lifestyle. I'm a man who gets on my knees five times a day and puts my head on the floor. I'm humble.
I would consider it if the prize fund went to a country of my choosing. You need to understand—fighting for a country, for someone to benefit, for someone who raised money, obscene amounts of money—I might consider it.
I could get out of bed, do some serious training, get in shape, and maybe do it," Hamed said.
Hamed hasn't boxed since 2002 when he defeated Manuel Calvo. Jake Paul is set to fight Mike Tyson in the summer of 2024.
