Groves Confident Usyk – Fury Rematch Will Be the Same

British former champion George Groves is confident that in the rematch between undisputed world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) and Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs), nothing will change.

- I don’t think Usyk will retire, although he could, as he has already achieved everything. But I think he will fight again. Why not? I think people around Fury will convince him to do it again.

I don’t think Fury wants to leave boxing, and what are the alternatives? Does he want to fight Joshua? Now suddenly people are very interested in Joshua. There has been a shift in mentality, where the winner of this fight was obvious to everyone. Fury would easily win. But now there are people who are betting on Joshua in this fight.

- If they had an immediate rematch, who would win? If Fury could replicate what he did in the middle of the fight, could he get revenge?

- No, Usyk will win again," Groves said.

The date for the second fight between Usyk and Fury has been announced.
