Gilberto Ramirez to Fight for Cruiserweight Title

It has been officially announced that the fight between WBA world heavyweight champion (up to 90.7 kg) Arsen Goulamirian (27-0, 19 KOs) and Mexican Gilberto Ramirez (45-1, 30 KOs) will take place.

The showdown is scheduled for March 30 in Inglewood, USA. This will be Goulamirian's debut fight in the USA.

Ramirez, with a victory, would become the first Mexican to win a title fight in the heavyweight division. In his previous fight, "Zurdo" outboxed Joe Smith. This fight was a heavyweight debut for both Smith and Gilberto. Goulamirian last fought in 2022.
