Gervonta Hints at When He'll Return to Boxing

American WBA lightweight champion (up to 61.2 kg) Gervonta Davis (29-0, 27 KOs) posted a photo of his fight against Ryan Garcia on Instagram with an intriguing caption.

"June," Gervonta wrote.

Previously, Davis planned to return to the ring in spring 2024, but his first fight after defeating Garcia was postponed. After that, several sources reported that Gervonta would face Frank Martin (18:0, 12 KOs) in a bout scheduled for June.

The same sources mentioned that the undercard might feature a fight between Oleksandr Gvozdyk and David Benavidez for the WBC interim light heavyweight title (up to 79.4 kg).
