Sources indicate that both sides have agreed to the rematch and are now working on finalizing the event.

Their first fight, held on March 1, ended in a controversial draw, with one of the most debated moments occurring in round nine when Davis took a knee, but the referee did not rule it a knockdown. The decision sparked discussions among fans and boxing analysts.
