Insider Mike Coppinger reports, referencing sources at ESPN, that WBA lightweight champion Gervonta Davis (29-0, 27 KOs) and Frank Martin (18-0, 12 KOs) have agreed to a fight.
"Gervonta Davis and Frank Martin have agreed to a fight on PBC PPV at the end of spring or the beginning of summer for the WBA lightweight title.
Due to legal issues, Davis was without fights in the second half of last year, but now he's back against a legitimate top-10 division fighter," Coppinger wrote.
The last time Tank fought was in April 2023 against Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs), where he won by knockout, handing Garcia his first career loss.
Frank Martin last fought in July of the previous year, defeating Artem Arutyunyan (12-1, 7 KOs) by unanimous decision.
