Number Davis Gave Garcia After the Fight Was Fake

Despite appearances that the relationship between Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) and Gervonta Davis (29-0, 27 KOs) had improved after their bout, the boxers are again in conflict. According to Garcia, after the fight, Tank gave him his number, but it turned out to be fake.

"For some reason, Gervonta has a problem with me.

He literally gave me his number, but it was a fake number. That's some weird shit. Who gives out a fake number?" said Garcia.

The boxers met on April 22, 2023. Then, Gervonta sent Garcia to the canvas in the 2nd round and ended the fight with an early victory in the 7th.

Ryan's next fight is scheduled for April 20. He will face WBC super lightweight champion Devin Haney (31-0, 15 KOs).
