Fury's Promoter Dismisses Potential Opponent

Frank Warren, co-promoter of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, has voiced his opinions on the possibility of a fight against Filip Hrgovic.

The British boxer's representative has stated that Fury has no plans to take on the Croatian boxer, thereby responding to Eddie Hearn's proposition to stage this encounter in the ring.

"It would be easy for him to make Hrgovic against his own man [Joshua], like we do. We put Joe Joyce in with Daniel [Dubois], why don’t they do that?"

"Am I open to it [Fury-Hrgovic]? No, not really, why would I want to do them [Matchroom] any favors? Hrgovic is a great opponent for Joshua, and it shouldn’t be hard to make, they’re in the same stable," Warren was quoted by Boxing Social.
