Fury Sizes Up Usyk: "No Cruiserweight in the Land of Giants"

WBC heavyweight champ Tyson Fury gave his take on Oleksandr Usyk's stature. Contrary to Fury's earlier jabs labeling Usyk a "middleweight," in a recent Sky Sports interview, Fury acknowledged the Ukrainian's heavyweight presence:

- When we see both of you in the ring, people will look at your size.

- When you see us side by side in the ring, the size difference will be clear. But let's set the record straight: Usyk isn't exactly pint-sized. Sure, he's got a bit of lift in his shoes, but he's around 5'10" - that's far from tiny in any book. He's definitely on the shorter side compared to me, though.

- How do you prepare for a fighter who is smaller than you?

- He's right in the heavyweight ballpark. Nothing new for me there. I've squared off against plenty of guys his height before."

The much-anticipated face-off for the absolute heavyweight crown between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk is slated for February 17 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, promising a clash of titans.
