WBC heavyweight champion (over 90,7 kg) Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) has stated that holder of the WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO titles, Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs), is better than any fighter he has faced.
"I consider Usyk the best fighter I have ever faced. He's better than Vladimir Klitschko, Deontay Wilder, Chisora. He's better than all of them. He's a two-time world champion in two weight classes and an Olympic champion. I am very impressed by everything he has done.
He knocked off Anthony Joshua, who was supposed to be a killer. He has done a great job with everyone he has fought. He beat a young Dubois, who is only 26 years old. And Usyk was 36-37," Fury said.
The fight for the undisputed heavyweight world championship between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk is scheduled for May 18th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Recently, there was a conflict between the teams of Usyk and Fury. John Fury headbutted Stanislav Stepchuk, but ultimately ended up with a cut himself.
