British boxer Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) shared his thoughts on the upcoming rematch against WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titleholder, Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs).
“I believe I need to knock him out, so I will do everything for that. This is my path to victory.
A few days ago, I was asked about the Joshua and Dubois fight. I was asked how both boxers could win, and I replied that Dubois needed to start quickly and inflict damage on his opponent, knocking him out within five or six rounds. That’s exactly what he did.
So, that’s my path to victory,” said Fury.
In May, Oleksandr Usyk won a split decision against Tyson Fury, becoming the first undisputed heavyweight champion in 25 years. The rematch is scheduled for December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
