No Final Bell Yet: Fury Maps Out Next Victories in the Ring

Tyson Fury, the WBC heavyweight champ (34-0-1, 24 KOs), has thrown a counterpunch at the rumor mill, squashing talks of hanging up his gloves.

"I keep getting wind of chatter about me hanging them up, calling it quits, or whatever. Not happening. I'm gearing up for a double-header against Usyk for the undisputed crown. That's right, two bouts. Then, I'm stepping into the ring with AJ - once for sure, twice if he's up for a rematch after I take him down.

Next on my hit list? Ngannou, for a second dance. And that's just for starters. Five bouts to get the blood pumping. Retirement? Forget it. At 35, I'm in the fight of my life," declared Fury.

The showdown between Usyk and Fury, initially slated for February 17, has been pushed to May 18. A nasty cut from sparring weeks before the bout has benched the Brit, but he's far from throwing in the towel.
