WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) shared his thoughts on a potential fight against Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs).
"Boxing is a very complex game, it's constantly changing. Styles make fights, and his style [Joshua] is made for me. Once I'm done with the rabbit [Usyk], I'll go after AJ.
It's the battle of Britain. Hopefully, we can have one fight in Saudi Arabia and one at Wembley. After that, it will be time to spend time with my wife and family," Fury said.
On March 8 in Saudi Arabia, the bout between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou (0-2, 0 KOs) took place. In the first round, Joshua sent his opponent to the canvas. In the second, the Brit finished the confrontation by sending his opponent to a second knockdown, then finishing him off with a single punch.
The bout for the title of undisputed heavyweight champion between Tyson Fury and WBO, WBA, IBO, and IBF titleholder Alexander Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) is scheduled for May 18 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
