Ex-Promoter of Fury: "Usyk is a True Chess Player"

In a conversation with TalkSPORT, Mick Hennessy, former promoter of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs), weighed in on the anticipated clash between the Brit and the holder of the WBO, WBA, IBO, and IBF titles, Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs).

"Oleksandr Usyk. When I think about the big modern heavyweights, a lot of their kryptonite seems to be movement, lateral movement. There are now very quick heavyweights like Usyk, who is also southpaw and athletically proficient. And he's a real chess player, isn't he? Yes, I believe in Usyk," Hennessy remarked.

The bout for the title of the undisputed world heavyweight champion between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk is scheduled for May 18th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
