Gabriela Fundora Set for Title Defense Against Undefeated Challenger

The next bout for undisputed flyweight champion Gabriela Fundora (15-0, 7 KOs) has been officially announced. She will defend her titles against Mariely Badillo (19-0-1, 3 KOs), the undefeated fighter currently ranked No. 1 by the IBF and the mandatory challenger.

The fight is scheduled for April 19 in Oceanside, California. The undercard will feature a clash between Charles Conwell and former world champion Jorge Pérez.

This will be Fundora’s first defense of her undisputed crown, which she claimed with a seventh-round TKO over Gabriela Celeste. Badillo fought three times last year, winning each bout by unanimous decision.
