Fundora vs. Tszyu: WBC Title Up for Grabs

The match between American super welterweight (up to 69.8 kg) contender Sebastian Fundora (20-1-1, 13 KOs) and Australian WBO champion Tim Tszyu (24-0, 17 KOs) will contend for the vacant WBC title.

It was revealed that Sebastian would replace Keith Thurman (30-1, 22 KOs), who suffered a bicep injury during training.

In the undercard of the Thurman vs. Tszyu fight, Fundora was scheduled to fight Ukrainian Serhii Bohachuk (23-1, 23 KOs) for the vacant WBC super welterweight title. A new opponent for Bohachuk has yet to be announced.

The event is set to take place on March 30 in Las Vegas, USA.
