Frank Warren Approves Potential Dubois vs. Parker Fight

Frank Warren, founder and head of Queensberry Promotions, has expressed his thoughts on a potential bout between IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) and interim WBO titleholder Joseph Parker (35-3, 23 KOs).

It has to make sense, and certainly for Parker, a fight with Daniel fits that bill. Joseph has really rehabilitated himself after the fight with Joe Joyce.

By the way, it would be a good fight. I have no problem with that matchup, but we need to see what happens next and how things play out. It will only take a week or so to sort everything out,” Warren stated.

Previously, Parker’s trainer, Andy Lee, mentioned that his fighter is ready to face Dubois.

In March, Joseph Parker secured a majority decision victory over Zhilei Zhang (27-2-1, 22 KOs). In September, Daniel Dubois knocked out Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) in the fifth round.
