Francis Ngannou Calls Out Deontay Wilder

Former UFC champion and current Heavyweight boxer Francis Ngannou, 38, has issued a direct challenge to 39-year-old American Deontay Wilder.

It’s time to finally settle this score,” Ngannou wrote.

Earlier, Ngannou named Wilder as his top priority target.

Francis Ngannou (0-2 in boxing) last competed in PFL in October 2024, where he stopped Renan Ferreira. In boxing, the Cameroonian has fought twice — losing by split decision to Tyson Fury and by second-round knockout to Anthony Joshua.

In June, Deontay Wilder (44-4-1, 43 KOs) defeated Tyrell Herndon via seventh-round TKO, rebounding after a stretch of four losses in five fights.
