WBC Super Featherweight champion O’Shaquie Foster believes WBC Featherweight titleholder Stephen Fulton made a mistake by agreeing to fight him.
“We’re fighting, so there’s automatically tension between us. Nothing personal, but he’s trying to take something off my table.
All this talk motivates me, I’m not gonna lie. I’m enjoying it and I’m just ready to put on a show.
This fight should’ve happened a long time ago, and I’m ready to dominate. He’s coming onto my turf, and I feel great. I know he made a mistake even taking this fight. I’m going in there, I’m going to dominate, and I’m going to show the world he has no business in the ring with me,” said Foster.
Fulton said the extra time to prepare could work in his favor.
“I really wanted this fight to happen this year, and I did a few things to make sure it would.
The extra time could give me an advantage, but we’ll see… I don’t have anything else to say to O’Shaquie — there’s nothing to talk about. It’s time to handle business.
I’m coming to fight like always, I’m coming to win. Whatever happens, happens,” said Fulton.
The fight will take place on December 6 in San Antonio, USA. It was originally scheduled for October 25, but was later postponed.
