Former Usyk Opponent Wants a Fight Against Wilder

American boxer Michael Hunter (21-1-2, 15 KOs), who previously fought Oleksandr Usyk in the cruiserweight division, wants to have a match against former WBC champion Deontay Wilder:

"Now you know that you can't mention my name and spread false information. I would gladly accept this fight for peanuts." Hunter wrote, including a poster for the fight.

In 2017, Hunter suffered his only career loss to Oleksandr Usyk. Later, he moved up to the heavyweight division, winning against fighters like Yago Kiladze, Martin Bakole, and Alexander Ustinov.

The last time the American boxer fought was in late September 2023, while Wilder has not competed since 2022.
