Former IBF Champ Ebanie Bridges Puts On the Gloves as Ready To Fight's New Ambassador!

Bantamweight World Champion from Australia Ebanie Bridges has joined the Ready To Fight (RTF) boxing ecosystem as its ambassador!

Known for her empathetic and striking style, Bridges clinched gold in the Australasian Golden Gloves bantamweight competition in 2016 and 2017. In 2019, she made her professional boxing debut, quickly winning over fans with her charismatic presence at press conferences and weigh-ins, sporting distinctive outfits, and showcasing flashy boxing skills. Referred to as the "Blond Bomber," she held the IBF bantamweight title from 2022 to 2023, securing a technical knockout victory in her first defense against Shannon O'Connell.

"I've been fighting my opponents my whole life, as well as the stereotypes surrounding women in combat sports. Many talented girls worldwide face challenges in finding their 'boxing families' and connecting with coaches, managers, promoters, sponsors, and other key figures for a boxing career due to limited opportunities and developmental disabilities.

RTF can break down these barriers and open up possibilities. It provides a platform for female talent to express themselves without traditional constraints, making the boxing world more vibrant and lively," remarked Bridges.

We take pride in having Ebanie Bridges as the top-known female professional boxer in the world to represent RTF as an ambassador.

Welcome to the family, Ebanie!
