American Lightweight prospect Floyd Schofield will headline a boxing event this November in Texas, USA.

The news was reported by BoxingScene, citing an official connected to the organization of the fight. Golden Boy Promotions president Oscar De La Hoya stated on Friday that official details will be announced soon.

In June, Floyd Schofield (19-0, 13 KOs) scored a dominant first-round knockout victory over fellow American Tevin Farmer. Schofield is currently ranked No. 1 by the WBA at Lightweight and holds the No. 3 spot in the IBF rankings.
