Filip Hrgovic knocked out De Mori in the 1st round!

On December 23rd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Croatian contender for the IBF title, Filip Hrgovic (17-0, 14 KOs), faced off against Australian Mark De Mori (41-3-2, 36 KOs). The showdown concluded with a knockout just 1 minute and 45 seconds into the match.

This marks Hrgovic's second early victory in 2023. In the summer, he secured a technical knockout against Dempsey McKean in the 12th round.

Filip is the leading contender for the IBF title currently held by Alexander Usik. According to him, he plans to challenge the winner of the Usik vs. Fury fight scheduled for February 17.
