In his address, Hrgovic expressed doubts about McKean's ability to overcome him. He emphasized that McKean's fight experience (22-0, 14 KOs) doesn't make him special in Hrgovic's eyes, underscoring the importance of self-belief and avoiding complacency.

Regarding his previous win over Zhang, Hrgovic admitted that it wasn't his best performance. However, he's glad to have the opportunity to review his performance from a critical perspective, believing it encourages his growth.
