Fiodor Czerkaszyn Knocks Out Allotey, Defends WBC International Title

On February 2, at Prudential Center in Newark, USA, Ukrainian middleweight contender Fiodor Czerkaszyn (26-1, 16 KOs) faced Patrick Allotey (44-8, 34 KOs) of Ghana in a highly anticipated clash.

Czerkaszyn secured a knockout victory in the third round, successfully defending his WBC International title in the middleweight division (160 lbs / 72.6 kg).

In October, Fiodor Czerkaszyn defeated Sebastian Horacio Papeschi by unanimous decision.

In the same month, Patrick Allotey suffered a stoppage loss to Shahir Afridi (RTD 6).
