Fabio Wardley to fight next in April – promoter

Frank Warren, head of Queensberry Promotions and promoter of WBO heavyweight champion Fabio Wardley, has shared details about his fighter’s next bout.

“Fabio will be fighting in April. Next week we’ll meet with him and his manager. We’re going to have lunch and decide what to do next,” Warren said.

In October, Fabio Wardley (20-0-1, 19 KOs) defeated Joseph Parker by 11th-round technical knockout and captured the interim WBO heavyweight title. Later, Oleksandr Usyk vacated the WBO belt, and Wardley was elevated to full world champion.
