Promoter Tom Loeffler revealed who he would like to see face two-time undisputed world champion Oleksandr Usyk (23–0, 14 KOs).
"Revenge with Daniel Dubois is a good fight, but I’ve always wanted to see him take on Deontay Wilder. Wilder always participates in thrilling bouts, whether he knocks someone out or gets knocked out. For Usyk, there are several intriguing options. Oleksandr has done everything possible to prove that he is the number one boxer regardless of weight class. This is the true test of a pound-for-pound ranking: when he steps into the ring against opponents 13–18 kg heavier than him, outclasses them technically, and simply dominates—defeating fighters in their prime such as Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, and even the third champion Daniel Dubois, whom he defeated in Poland. There are many outstanding boxers, but considering all he has achieved so far, I definitely place him at the top of the list," Loeffler explained.
Deontay Wilder has lost four of his last five bouts.
