On November 15 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, UK, Conor Benn defeated Chris Eubank Jr. by unanimous decision, evening their rivalry at 1–1. Their first fight in the spring ended with a points win for Eubank.

Following the defeat, Eubank gave Benn full credit and spoke about what comes next.

I tried to show the best of myself. He’s got a big heart, he’s strong. That kid is strong, you know.

At the weigh-in he was heavier than me — I don’t understand how you managed that.

Yes, Conor Benn was the better man tonight. So congratulations to him.

It’s 1–1. I’ve got things to take care of that I’ve been putting off for the last few months.

And who knows? Maybe we’ll see something new between me and him. But for now — congratulations to Conor,” said Eubank Jr.

Their fathers also shared a famous rivalry: Chris Eubank Sr. stopped Nigel Benn in 1990, and their 1993 rematch ended in a draw. Conor is now the first Benn ever to defeat an Eubank.
