Eubank and Alimkhanuly: Fight Agreement Sealed?

British middleweight Chris Eubank Jr. (33-3, 24 KOs) landed a verbal punch at his promoters.

"Hit the hay after saying yes to a world title fight with Janibek... but woke up to a curveball: my promoter Sauerland wants me in the ring with Etinosa Oliha - ever heard of him? Wasserman Boxing, what's the game plan here?" Eubank tweeted.

In 2023, Eubank squared off against Liam Smith twice. He faced a knockdown in January but returned swinging for a TKO win in September. Post-fight, Eddie Hearn hinted that the Eubank-Benn showdown was almost a go - Eubank just had to sign on the dotted line.
