Egis Klimas Recognizes Top Lightweight Boxers

Egis Klimas, in his recent remarks, shared his belief that his ward, Vasyl Lomachenko, and Jervonta Davis are the current cream of the crop in the lightweight division.

Klimas stated that had Devin Haney convincingly triumphed in his bout against Lomachenko, he would've been quick to place him at the top of the pound-for-pound rankings.

However, Klimas contends that Lomachenko emerged victorious in that fight, and as such, he does not endorse Haney's placement at the top of the rankings. "At present, in this weight category, the two key contenders are Loma and Davis," Klimas stressed.
