IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) has issued a bold message to Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) and Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs), who are set to face each other in a rematch on December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Dubois has made it clear that after his upcoming fight against WBO interim champion Joseph Parker (35-3, 23 KOs), the winner of Usyk vs. Fury is next on his list.
"I’m coming for their belts! Absolutely. I want to face the top fighters. I want to fight all of them.
I’ll tear through them. If it’s Usyk, it’ll be a rematch. If it’s Fury, I’m ready to conquer that territory too. We’ll handle it when the time comes.
It’s one step at a time, one fight at a time. Never underestimate an opponent. I’ve got big fights lined up, and as long as I keep winning, I’ll end up at the top—an undisputed world champion. That’s my goal," Dubois concluded.
In September, Dubois scored an emphatic fifth-round knockout over Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs). He will take on Joseph Parker on February 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Earlier this year, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury via split decision to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion in 25 years.
