Dubois Wants Usyk Rematch in July: “Biggest Fight in the World”

Daniel Dubois, the reigning IBF heavyweight champion, has revealed that July is the month he’s targeting for a massive rematch against Oleksandr Usyk, the unified WBA, WBO, WBC, and IBO titleholder.

“Definitely July. A big fight in July against Usyk — that’s what I want. Negotiations are happening behind the scenes, both teams going back and forth. I’m just doing my job as a fighter, staying ready. When I get the call and they tell me who’s next — I’ll be ready to bring hell.

A fight with Usyk at Wembley would be like the AJ fight — but even bigger. The biggest fight in the world. That’s the kind of bout that really excites me. And there would be a rematch, too. I’ll be the man to stop him — I see it. I’ll be the first to knock him out. News is coming soon.” Dubois said.

In the first fight, Usyk knocked out Dubois in the 9th round.
