WBO welterweight champion Devin Haney and former lightweight world champion Keyshawn Davis went back and forth on social media about a possible fight between them.
“I’m considering a few different options… no date yet,” Haney wrote.
“He’s waiting to see what I do with Jamaine (Ortiz),” Keyshawn replied.
“You’re on the list… we can make it happen,” Haney stated.
In November, Devin Haney (33-0, 15 KOs) defeated Brian Norman by unanimous decision to win the WBO welterweight world title.
On January 31, Keyshawn Davis (13-0, 9 KOs) will make his debut at super lightweight against Jamaine Ortiz.
