Devin Haney Announces His Comeback

WBC champion on leave in the super lightweight division, Devin Haney (31-0, 15 KOs), has announced his probable return to the ring.

“March… I’m coming back,” Haney wrote.

The last time the American boxer appeared in the ring was in April, against Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs), and he lost by judges’ decision. Later, a banned substance was found in Ryan’s sample, causing the result of the fight to be overturned and Garcia himself to be suspended for a year. Devin subsequently announced he would take break.
