Ukrainian middleweight boxer Sergiy Derevyanchenko (14-5, 10 KOs) mentioned that his next fight might take place on the undercard of the bout between Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia.
"The press conference for Ryan and Haney was organized at a high level, everything was well thought out, they even made a fan zone for the supporters. From the organization, it's clear that this will be a mega fight.
Most likely, I will be boxing in this show. As for the winner of the main fight, I'm betting on Haney," said Derevyanchenko.
Derevyanchenko has not fought since June 2023, when he lost a close decision to Jaime Munguia. In 2024, Derevyanchenko was scheduled to meet Rowdy Montgomery (10-5-1, 7 KOs). However, the fight, planned for January 6th, was canceled due to an injury the Ukrainian boxer sustained in training camp.
The fight between Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney is set for April 20th in New York.
