British boxer Derek Chisora (35-13, 23 KOs) commented on the upcoming rematch between former world champion Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) and WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titleholder Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs).
“This is going to be a great fight. We’ll see some changes. We need to understand that Tyson will be a little different, but Usyk will be too. In any case, it will be an exciting bout. I prefer Oleksandr. I believe in it. Remember his rematch with Joshua? He looked so much better, didn’t he? Let’s see,” said Chisora.
In May, Oleksandr Usyk won a split decision against Tyson Fury, becoming the first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999 (over 90.7 kg). The rematch is scheduled for December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
