De La Hoya: "Ryan Will Be Ready, There Will Be a Knockout"

In an interview with FightHype, Golden Boy head Oscar De La Hoya expressed his thoughts on the upcoming fight between Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) and WBC super lightweight (up to 63,5 kg) champion Devin Haney (31-0, 15 KOs).

"Ryan will be ready. I see him coming out and doing something special. Mark my words.

I believe there will be a knockout, I really do. They have a score of 3:3. They know each other.

People don't realize how competitive this fight is going to be. Absolutely.

One thing about Ryan is that he's on social media, and he has moments when he wants to be who he is," said De La Hoya.

It was recently revealed that the WBC wants to check Ryan due to his social media posts.
