Daniel Lapin Injured, Fight Against Jones Called Off

Ukrainian Light Heavyweight Daniel Lapin (12-0, 4 KOs), holder of the WBA Continental, WBO International and IBF Inter-Continental titles, has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled fight against Britain’s Troy Jones (13-1, 6 KOs) due to injury.

The bout was set for November 1 at the Co-op Arena in Manchester, UK. Lapin will be replaced by 34-year-old British boxer Liam Cameron (23-7-1, 10 KOs).

In July, Daniel Lapin defeated Lewis Edmonson by majority decision.
