Crawford vs. Spence Fight Date Officially Announced

WBO Champion Terence Crawford (39-0, 30 KOs) has officially declared his next fight: an all-or-nothing bout for the undisputed welterweight title against Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs), the current holder of the WBA, WBC, and IBF belts.

Crawford made the announcement through his social media, thereby solidifying what had until now been only a rumor among boxing insiders.

The highly anticipated match is set for July 29th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

It's worth noting that Crawford's previous fight was in 2022 against David Avanesyan, whom he knocked out in the sixth round. Spence also had his last ring appearance in 2022, where he triumphed over Cuban boxer Jordenis Ugas by technical knockout in the 10th round.
