Crawford Vacates Title

American boxer Terence Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) will vacate the WBO welterweight title (up to 66.7 kg) and continue his career in the super welterweight division (up to 69.9 kg), where he recently won the WBA title and the interim WBO title.

As a result, the new WBO welterweight champion will be Brian Norman Jr. (26-0, 20 KOs), who was the interim champion after defeating Giovani Santillan (32-1, 17 KOs) in May.

To recap, on the night of August 4, Terence Crawford won by unanimous decision against Israil Madrimov (10-1-1, 7 KOs), conquering his fourth weight class.
