Crawford Predicts Shakur vs Teofimo

Three-time undisputed world champion Terence Crawford has weighed in on a potential fight between Shakur Stevenson and Teofimo Lopez, which has not yet been officially announced. He believes Shakur will score a convincing victory.

“I know one thing: Shakur Stevenson is going to beat the shit out of Teofimo Lopez on fight night,” said Terence Crawford.

Shakur Stevenson (24-0, 11 KO) outboxed William Zepeda by unanimous decision in his previous bout.

Teofimo Lopez (22-1, 13 KO) defeated Arnold Barboza in the spring of 2025 — it was his third defense of the WBO title at Junior Welterweight.

As previously reported, a fight with Shakur is expected to take place in late January 2026, with Teofimo’s belt on the line.
